I loved the program – feel so much better!!! I especially the green blends, so yummy. I could not manage to get through all in one day just too much some days. I would love to do a program every few months.
Overall I really enjoyed it! Lost 2 kilos and my skin is feeling fantastic. I feel lighter inside so it was well worth it.I did crack on the last night and have a normal dinner but had the replacement blend the next morning. I liked the variety in the blends and while I got over not being able to eat solid food it wasn't unbearable.
Managed quite well. All in all I found the detox quite easy and the blends were really tasty. I didnt find I was hungry at all and some days struggled to get through all. I feel great and it was a great way to start a new year! Over the 5 days I managed to lose almost 5kg which was great. I am now trying to continue with really healthy eating.
